Big Kill, wip. by damir-g-martin Big Kill, wip. by damir-g-martin

This is a work in progress. Tiny crop from the new paleo piece. Illustration depicts pack of adult Tyrannosaurs eating Triceratops whom they previously hunted down and killed. Tyrannosaurus in this crop is just about to finish gulping down large piece of caudal muscle with a piece of torn skin and flesh hanging to the side of his snout.

Consider sharing my work on your social networks if you like what I do. Consider connecting with me on fb as well; www.facebook.com/damirgmartin.…, www.facebook.com/DamirGMartin.…;
The more people see my work, the more I get hired to do paleoart type of work, which is what I want.
The more of my art you get to enjoy, if that's what you like seeing.

I want to move away from being 3D generalist to being paleo and creature artist.
At the moment, this is not where the money's at for me personally and I'm scattered doing all kinds of work that I can't even post online cos it's not interesting outside of it's context.
I could earn lot more if I focus on architecture or product placement.
But that's not where my <3 is.
Like/share/comment, it's as important as supporting my work by hiring me.
Cheers!

I don't know if it's as much of a "big kill" as it is a "light snack".  The world wasn't ready for fast food back then.

This is awesome, but this T. rex needs lips.

The lips are still theoretical. There is no evidence, just scientific speculation atm.
Until it is confirmed or disproved, either can be accurate.
Further more, I can easily imagine Tyrannosaurus having lip type of tissue over the upper teeth. But the proper lip seal is highly unlikely imho.
